  • WHY DO WE STAND TO SING?
    "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb." (Rev. 7: 9-10)


  • WHY DO WE CLAP OUR HANDS
    "O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph." (Psalm 47:1)


  • WHY DO WE HAVE AUDIBLE PRAISE UNTO GOD?
    " And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:" Acts 4: 24 "And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: ..." (Rev. 19: 1)


  • WHY ARE MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS A PART OF THE WORSHIP SERVICE
    "Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals; "(Psalms 150: 3-5).


  • WHY DO WE SING IN TONGUES AND IN ENGLISH?
    "For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. 15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also." (1 Cor. 14: 14-15)


  • WHY DO WE PROPHESY?
    "But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal... To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy" (1 Cor. 12: 7, 10a) " But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort." ( 1 Cor. 14:3)


  • WHY DO WE SPEAK AND INTERPRETE TONGUES IN THE CHURCH.
    "Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues." ( 1 Cor. 14:39) "If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret." (1 Cor. 14:27)
